Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Equipment

  Carefully disassemble your Speediance unit and pack it securely in its original packaging, including all cables, weights, and accessories.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the crate and schedule a pickup with our designated freight carrier for safe transport.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition at our warehouse, we will process your full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
